Buyer gave us wrong address in the receipt, as a result USPS was unable to deliver the package. To solve this mutually uncomfortable situation we proposed refund after the package will arrive back, but except shipping cost. However buyer has opened "non-delivery" case, claiming that we put wrong address on the package. The Case was closed by Etsy admin, the documentation provided by our shop was indicated as a valid proof of shipment. The package was delivered back a few days ago. Refund was initiated, but the procedure take some time and buyer has added this review before the refund process could have been completed.

5 out of 5 starsLove the clean lines and the quality of the leather. Very well made. The leather color was a bit darker than I thought it was but person I bought for absolutely loved it! It's hard to find belt bags for people with a tiny waist. The size I chose is perfect!
